JWB series stepless speed variator
JWB-X series stepless speed variator is a new generation of high-quality series stepless speed variator which integrating low temperature rise, super silence, leak-tightness, beautiful appearance, novel structure. Its performance indicators have reached or surpassed the standard JB/T6950-93 planet cone disk stepless speed variator, and the main performance indicators have approached or surpassed the level of similar foreign products. Compared with tradition products, it has four characteristics as follows:
1. Low temperature rise: the product is processed by superfinishing means to make sure low slip and can reach the lowest temperature rise in high torque drive.
2. Super silence: the products adopt high-precision planetary bevel-type friction pair structure and precision processed gear pair structure to get the lowest noise index.
